Where do we ship?
We currently ship to Poland and selected EU countries. We are working to expand our delivery zones — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we ship to your country.
Shipping rates

Delivery times
- Poland: 2–3 business days
- EU: 4–7 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Our returns policy
We want you to love your June Sky products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here is how we can help.
Unused and unopened products
You can return any unused, unopened June Sky product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or faulty products
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, we will replace it or issue a full refund — regardless of whether the product has been opened. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
How to return
- Email us at hello@junesky.eu with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the product securely and send it back using a tracked shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Important notes
- Returned products must be in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
