Our commitment to the planet

At June Sky, sustainability isn’t a marketing claim — it’s a founding principle. Every decision we make, from the ingredients we source to the packaging we choose, is shaped by our responsibility to the people who use our products and the planet we all share.

Upcycled peach ingredients

All five June Sky formulas are built around ingredients upcycled from the peach industry. Peach water, peach kernel oil, peach extract, and peach phytosterols are all by-products of peach processing — materials that would otherwise be discarded. By bringing them into our formulas, we reduce agricultural waste and give these powerful actives a second life on your skin.

This isn’t greenwashing. It’s the reason June Sky exists.

Premium recyclable glass

Every June Sky product comes in a glass bottle or jar. We chose glass over plastic for three reasons: it’s fully recyclable, it’s infinitely reusable, and it preserves the integrity of our formulas without leaching chemicals.

Our glass is sourced from CALASO, a supplier with a strong commitment to sustainable production. Once you’ve finished a bottle, simply rinse it out and place it in your glass recycling — or keep it. Our bottles are designed to last.

FSC-certified cartons

Our outer packaging — the cartons your June Sky products arrive in — are produced by Bold Fold using FSC-certified paper. FSC certification means the paper comes from responsibly managed forests, where biodiversity, workers’ rights, and long-term sustainability are protected.

COSMOS Natural certification

All June Sky products are formulated to COSMOS Natural standards, verified by an independent certification body. COSMOS is the international benchmark for natural and organic cosmetics. It governs the origin of our ingredients, how they’re processed, and how our products are manufactured — so you can be confident that “natural” means something on a June Sky label.

What we never use

• Parabens
• Mineral oils or petrolatum
• Synthetic fragrance
• Microplastics
• PEGs or ethoxylated compounds

Where we’re headed

We’re a young brand, and we’re honest about the fact that there is always more to do. Our future goals include exploring refillable packaging options, further reducing our shipping emissions, and deepening the traceability of our peach supply chain. We’ll update this page as we make progress.
